Every Neonific sign comes with a 1-year warranty on all electrical components. In the rare case that the sign burns out within the guaranteed period, we will replace it for you free of charge.
In the rare event of sign arriving broken or defective, we will replace it for you free of charge. If this is the case, please send a photo/video proof of the defect at support@neonific.com within 24 hours of receiving the package for assistance.

You can expect to receive your sign in about 7 to 15 business days.
Because every piece is made to order and customized, all sales are final, with the exception of receiving a faulty or broken product.

3 Easy Ways To Install Your LED Neon Sign

Stand-offs

Use the pre-drilled holes on the sign to mark positions on the wall. Drill screws into the marked spots and secure the sign firmly with stand-offs for stable installation.

Suspension Kit

Attach the provided cables through the sign’s pre-drilled holes. Secure the cables to your desired hanging surface (e.g., ceiling), ensuring stability and proper alignment.

Adhesives

Apply adhesive strips (purchased separately) to the back of the sign. Press firmly onto a clean, smooth surface for proper adhesion. Ensure the surface is dry and dust-free.
